Refund Policy

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, in a distance selling transaction, a transaction can be canceled within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product or from the date of receipt of the transaction details – whichever is later. A product can only be returned when the product is new, unused, in its original packaging and without any signs of wear, damage or use. A product that has been used, damaged or returned in a condition other than new – will not be returnable. In the event of a defective product or non-conformity with the order, the customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement.
